The factory located in Tomaszów Mazowiecki was established in 2003 and currently employs over 150 of highly qualified production personnel with vast professional experience.
Our monthly production capacities are:
- men’s jackets from 4500 to 5000 pcs.;
- men’s trousers from 7000 to 10000 pcs.;
- women’s jackets from 4500 to 6500 pcs.;
- women’s trousers from 7000 to 12000 pcs.
Since 2008, our company is equipped with the production preparation computer system, which contributed to broadening the offer regarding rendering comprehensive services for our clients.
The clothing manufacture technology is based on the modern machinery fleet. We use machines and equipment of the best, world-wide known brands, such as

- Pfaff
- Brother
- Durkopp
- Brisay
- Hoffman
- Mayer
- Cygli
- Wastema
We also use certain professional machines like: cylinder bed sewing machines, hemming machines, bartacking machines, buttonholing machines, and sewing machines with “hand stitch imitation” option. Additionally, we apply automatic machines for flabs, pockets, tucks, hemming the trousers, buttonholes imitations.
In order to ensure fully professional services, we have implemented the computer-controlled fabric cutting system (Cuter) by WASTEMA .
Our company uses specialised pressing equipment by Brisay, Hoffman and Indupress.
The factory in Kalisz was established in 2011, taking over the long-term knowledge and experience of the employees of the POLO Kalisz production facility.
Its monthly production capacities are:
- men’s shirts – from 7000 to 10000 pcs.;
- women’s shirts – from 5000 to 8000 pcs.;
- blouses – depending of the complexity level.
Our production preparation department, working with the LECTRY system, develops patterns, grades them and designs the cutting layouts.
We develop the patterns based on the data provided by e-mail.
Jocker Factory also provides specialised vehicle transport of clothes on hangers.
